John has always made himself available when we have needed him, including when matters have required urgent attention or additional security arrangements at short notice. His communication is excellent, and we have consistently received detailed reports and practical recommendations rather than simply being informed that a

problem exists.

 

We have also found the wider PSG team to be professional and dependable. The standard of service has remained high across the different sites on which we have engaged them, and we have developed considerable confidence in both John personally, and the organisation he represents.”
